EPHA – Annual conference
The 6th Annual Conference of the European Public Health Alliance (EPHA) gathered over 250 participants from all over Europe.
During the two days, institutions, governments, NGOs, academics and industry came together for what has been defined "the liveliest recent public health event".
Six sessions covering all the range of topics in the Health in All Policies spectrum, four powerful keynote speeches, a headlines-worthy intervention by former Greek Health Minister Dr. Panagiotis Kouroumplis, a press conference on the much-discussed ECJ Advocate General’s Opinion on the Scottish Minimum Unit Pricing scheme for alcohol, and five enriching side events generated high quality ideas that will contribute to the cause of public health.
