Fundacion Alborada – New documentary about Chemical Sensitivity

The Alborada Foundation is producing a documentary about Chemical Sensitivity which will be released internationally in 2016. The film focuses on the situation of people suffering from this sensitivity through the experience of Dr. Pilar Muñoz-Calero, President of Alborada Foundation and renowned specialist in Environmental Medicine.

The documentary was recorded in Spain and the US, with the participation of doctors, researchers and patients. It aims to raise awareness about the causes and consequences of Multiple Chemical Sensitivity, a disease consistent in extreme reactions to chemicals found in ordinary day to day products. The objective of the documentary is to improve both knowledge and empathy of decision makers and society as a whole.

The documentary is now in its final stage, and a crowd-funding campaign has been launched through to raise funds for the project to continue. Watch the trailer and get involved!

The last few months have been busy for the Alborada Foundation who in July launched a new international project in Spain entitled ¡Que no te alteren las hormonas!, to raise awareness about hormone disrupting chemicals and their potential impact on our health and the environment.
