Fundacion Alborada - Snowflake: The new documentary about Chemical Sensitivity

Alborada Foundation is pleased to invite you to the premier of its new documentary “Snowflake”, which aims to give visibility to people suffering from Chemical Sensitivity, a condition characterised by a hypersensitivity to chemicals to which we are all exposed daily.

After a long year recording in different countries, this unique documentary shows the human drama caused by this disease, from a social and medical point of view, through the testimonies of patients and scientists. Dr. Pilar Muñoz-Calero, President of Alborada Foundation is one of them: after identifying her disease as chemical sensitivity she has been working half-life to overcome the disease and help those who develop it, becoming a renowned international expert in Environmental Medicine.

The documentary director Rafa Russo (previously awarded a Goya and other awards at festival including Sitges and Montreal) and the Ulula Films team have had an essential role in the success of this project, which will be presented at Cines Princesa, in Madrid on 30 June.
