International Conference on Children’s Environment and Health - Call for abstracts and registration
The 5th International Conference on Children’s Environment and Health offers a worldwide platform dealing with health problems of children caused by important environmental influences.
Bangalore 1st of February – 3rd February 2010
This conference, the fifth after Amsterdam (1998), Washington (2001), London (2004) and Vienna (2007) is initiated by HEAL member, the International Network on Children’s Health, Environment and Safety (INCHES) - in collaboration with the H.P.Foundation in Bangalore, India and with support of the previous organisers the University for Health Sciences, Medical Informatics and Technology; Dept. of Public Health, and the Medical University of Vienna, Institute of Environmental Health.
Who should attend
This cross-sectional conference is intended for health professionals, scientists (clinical, environmental epidemiological and community oriented) and policy makers who have a special interest in children’s environmental health, as well as leaders from the private sector, non-governmental organisations and community organisations, and all levels of government.
Call for abstracts
All participants are invited to submit an abstract for an oral or poster presentation during the conference. The abstracts will be reviewed by the scientific committee. Each presenter will receive a confirmation letter of acceptance and the decision if the presentation is accepted as a poster presentation.
