RES: Chemistry and Environmental Health Forum

On 18 October Réseau Environnment Santé (RES) is co-organising a Chemistry and Environmental Health Forum with the Region of Rhone Alpes at the Ecole Normale Supérieure in Lyon, France.

With this Forum, RES offers a space for dialogue and reflection on new ways of thinking about chemistry in the 21st Century. How can chemistry in Europe, in its dual scientific and industrial dimension provide innovative solutions to address environmental and health challenges? How can the prolonged REACH review promote the supply and demand for safer chemicals?

The Forum will focus on the different environmental health challenges related to chemistry at the international level and also at the national level in France. It will then look at the safe use of chemicals and chemicals and society.

More information and the programme are available here in French and in English

To register please send an email to contact@rencontres-cse.fr before 7 October.

The rate including participation and lunch is 10€ by person (RES member, student, unemployed) voucher required, 30€ by person and free for journalists (press card required)
