As the EU Commission and representatives of member states gather on 3 April 2025 to discuss the reform of EU chemicals legislation REACH, HEAL stresses the importance of putting health at the core of the revision. The CARACAL meeting will see the EU Commission present their initial plan for reforming REACH.
HEAL has sent a letter to Members of European Parliament, calling to keep the EU Taxonomy fossil gas free for better health – vote against the delegated act.
The much needed way forward for better health is a zero pollution approach with the accelerated deployment of truly green and renewable energy sources, such as wind and solar, and not fossil gas nor nuclear.
HEAL urges you to vote in favour of the tabled resolution that rejects the complementary delegated act, in order to keep the eu taxonomy fossil gas free,
