Basile is HEAL’s Senior Policy and Advocacy Officer on Health and Chemicals. He is responsible for supporting HEAL’s EU advocacy on chemicals policy and takes care of maintaining and strengthening the link between science and regulatory policies alongside HEAL members and partners.
Before joining HEAL, Basile worked as assistant and policy adviser in the European Parliament for 5 years. His areas of expertise include EU chemicals policy, including REACH, CLP and pesticides among others, as well as corporate environmental and social responsibility.
