Martina is HEAL’s Finance and Operations Officer. She provides general administrative and logistical support to the team, including HR processes and financial administration.
Before joining HEAL, Martina worked closely with the Secretary General of EUROLAB on communications, administration, and membership matters. She also volunteers as Head of Operations at Generation Climate Europe and other European and international organisations focused on climate action and youth engagement, where she covers roles in administration, team management, and events planning.
